Thank you Monty. After a second call, a very helpful agent emailed the invoice to me, and managed to add the booking to my account. I wonder if the problem wasn't caused by the agent who took the booking not hitting a computer button to finalise the booking. As they, say, all's well that ends well.

I can see that your booking has been confirmed, so please do not worry about that. Let me know if your invoice arrives within the next couple of days or so.

I booked the Budapest to Strasbourg river cruise departing 30th June a week ago. My confirmation invoice has not arrived, and the booking isn't showing on my account. I have spoken with a telephone agent and cofirmed that the booking is in order, and that a duplicate invoice is being sent. Are there problems with "manage my account ", and when will my account be brought up to date?
