This is why I use JY. I was on a holiday at Christmas with A N Other company (which I shall not use again ever) and one of the group was arriving solo in the evening 5 days after the rest of us (don't ask). The tour 'Host' met him at the airport - great, but then put him in a taxi to the hotel and went home to his family!! The poor guy was wandering around the hotel trying to find the rest of the group.

Just wanted to say "thank you" to the behind the scenes guys both at home and here in India, I was so grateful when I finally emerged from immigration & customs yesterday to see a highly visible "Just You" sign with my name on,

I was met by a very curtious gentleman who called the driver through, escorted me to the hotel and checked me in. Total VIP treatment, it was a great start to my holiday.

I am sorry for the delay in my response to you. We have arranged your transfers and a rep will meet you at the arrivals with a name plaque....so keep your eyes peeled once you've walked through arrivals.

There will be no extra cost because you have already paid for your transfer.

I'm arriving in Delhi ahead of the group on 7th Feb, Can you check with the team, who I need to look out for on arrival, with regard to my transfer to The Suryaa Hotel?

Am I just looking for a Taxi driver holding up a name plaque.

I'm also assuming he wont be asking me for cash as I paid the extras for my little change
