Look forward to reading your review for Mexico - I'm hoping to do this in 2017!

Anna

Hi Monty,

Many thanks for sorting this out for me, it is much appreciated. A member of the aviation team rang me yesterday evening and is ringing back this morning to sort out passport details etc.

Best wishes,

Bob

Hi Bob,

I passed your query over to another member of the JY team, and I understand that they rang you back yesterday? I hope they are able to help you with your flights and your passport information.

In regards to your postage - given the volume of documents we send out in September, things do get missed. I am sorry that it was missed and I will have a word with the team responsible for this to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Kindest Regards,

Monty

Hi Monty,

Now that I'm back from the Balkans I'm already looking forward to my next holiday! I have Mexico, Guatemala and Belize booked for next February and when I booked the holiday, the advisor told me that JY would be in contact to arrange connecting flights for me from Dublin and overnight accomodation beforehand. I asked when that would be and was told around Sept-Oct time. I just want to ask you before I ring up, should I pursue this now, or wait until JY contact me? I don't want them to forget about the flights! (I also have Borneo booked for May and obviously need connecting flights for that holiday too but I reckon it's too early for this to be sorted now?)

My other query is that when I booked both Mexico and Borneo, the holiday advisors didn't take my passport information - for Mexico, I was told they were too busy at the time and had been instructed not to take passport info and it would be taken at a later date. For Borneo, I was just told the info would be sought later. Again, when I talk to JY about flights and overnight accomodation, should I give my passport info then? I don't want there to be any glitches but maybe JY have this all in hand??

Finally my confirmation invoice for Borneo arrived while I was away, many thanks - but again it was sent 2nd class and any important post to Ireland should be sent 1st class, otherwise there could be a delay or it might not arrive at all. I've raised this with Julia in the past and she has got on to the relevant people but it is still haphazard - some docs are sent 1st and some 2nd class. Could you please remind them to send all my docs 1st class and ensure an airmail sticker is affixed? Thanks again.

Best wishes,

Bob
