please could you clear something up for me regarding online check in for our Vietnam trip 5th Nov, you sent me my PNR number for checking in but it says on our final documents Airport check in YES online chick in NO

could you clear this up as staying overnight at LHR and don't want to be wasting time trying to check in online when it isn't available, as long as I know that's fine

Oh, and when we go to Vietnam do we need to take a spoon and fork in our rucksacks?

If we have to use chopsticks and aren't given a fork and spoon to eat I will be needing three changes of clothes every day. I tried chopsticks yet again on Wednesday and failed miserably to master them, even after training!

Your tour manager has now been allocated and I can confirm that Branwen Edwards has been booked for the main tour AND the add-on. Please note that this is still subject to change, and is only provisional at this moment in time.

Thank you for your comments regarding Bronwen. One does normally assume that we get the same TM for the main holiday and the add-on. My only thought is if Bronwen is only being TM for our add-on, is perhaps that she is already in the area for one of the TS trips (know there are a couple of similar TS trips at same time as ours). A TS trip that perhaps hasn't got an add-on. This could make it easier for JY to get a TM for just our main holiday.Obviously am just thinking this and no doubt probably wrong!!!

Bob,I think I read that you are doing a TS holiday this month, if you are have a super duper time. will look forward to reading your review.

I am sorry to trouble you, but is there any update on who our TM is likely to be please? I suppose it is quite nice to know who the TM is but at the end of the day, I have always been more than happy with the TMS who have been in charge of my hols

unfortunately I am not doing the add on but a friend Pat whom we met in Peru last year is, I also have one of the guys I met in Australia doing our tour, a great guy, you would think they'd have the same TM for both unless she's not available for both

Hi Dave/Di,

We had the same TM for the Vietnam tour and the add-on and I'm sure it'll be the same for you - it doesn't makes sense for this tour to have a separate TM for both parts of the tour. This is a great tour and I'm sure you will have a wonderful time. We had Branwen in China last year and she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet - extremely conscientious, very friendly and enthusiastic about her tours. You are in safe hands!
