Paying off the balance for an upcoming holiday online I realised that I haven't received the confirmation invoice and other paperwork for the holiday after that ( ref A******). Would you be kind enough to check what has happened to it for me please? On the day i booked you had "glitches" in the system and I received several duplicated confirmation and please ignore e mails.
