Back in April I had tremendous problems trying to get set up properly on the new website. Eventually, after you had referred it to your IT team several times it got put right. However it is now back to 'square one' and telling me it "cannot validate my credentials". Attempts to get a new password don't work as e-mails are not sent. To say I am now pretty annoyed by it all would be putting things mildly!
Please may I seek your help again and ask you to refer this to your IT team once more.
