Hi Ann,

I understand that all of the rooms have safes but there is a charge to use the safes. If the customer asks at reception when they check in then reception will confirm the cost then. For 7 nights it is approximately €3.50 per day (to be paid on arrival) but for less than 7 days reception will advise the daily cost.

Pool towels are available at the hotel but there is a refundable deposit of €10.00.

As the hotel being used on this holiday has been recently overhauled and there are no current reviews on it, please can you find out for me whether towels for the swimming pool and beach are provided by the hotel and, if so, what the cost will be (I'm not a swimmer but I do like to lie out on a sunlounger and get some sun)? Also are there safes in the rooms and, again, if so how much?

When I get home again I'll make sure I write an up-to-date review, the only ones at the moment were written last year and in 2011 (and that seems to have been a different hotel/location).
