There are 10 travellers booked at the moment.

In terms of the Visa, we send guidance on this out about 15 weeks before departure. It is worth nothing that travellers from the UK now need to complete an application and visit one of 14 application centres throughout the UK to provide Biometric Data including finger prints and facial imagery.

Are you are able to tell please how many are already booked on the November trip for Spirit of India - I see there are 11 spares left so need to be making my decision soon!

I see that JY has a service that supports customers with the visa required, is that something that can be sorted nearer the time or needs to be booked at the initial booking?

I do apologise for the delay - I have been having a look at the various review sites and speaking with the Holiday Creator.

In terms of Trip Advisor, we always recommend that travellers take these reviews lightly. In the past 2 years, with almost 400 customer service questionnaire responses, this hotel is generally well received by our travellers. About 12 months ago we received a few negative comments about this hotel which we raised with the hotel directly. Since then the hotel has improved their food and service for Just You. We continue to monitor all feedback we receive from travellers on this tour and feedback all comments from our customers to the hotel so that they are able to make any necessary changes.

I sent a message at the weekend but I think I must have done something incorrect as there is no response and I know you usually respond quickly.

I am considering booking Spirit of India in November but wanted to know what things had changed in terms of the negative feedback at the hotel Tiger Den? On Tripadvisor there are a large amount of negative reports too so it would be helpful to know what changes JY has made, if any?

Yes, on both dates there are bookings;

On the 12th October there are 11 travellers booked

and on the 26th October there are 5 travellers booked
