At the moment there are 3 travellers booked on this date.

All of our holidays require minimum numbers to operate and this varies between tours, having just had a chat with my colleague upstairs , she'd ideally like about 10 travellers on this tour. There is still plenty of time for travellers to book and this tour (along with many others nowadays) we are seeing that we are taking bookings closer to departure rather than booking so far in advance.

We don't like cancelling tours but sadly there are occasions when we have to. The team do try to get as many dates away as possible and a lot of work goes into renegotiating contracts with our suppliers and crunching the numbers to make sure our customers aren't left disappointed.

Is there a minimum number? How often are holidays cancelled when this is not met?
