We did change your settings after last time, but our "flags" see you as booking via your travel agent and remove from the list.

If you give me a nudge in December (the new brochure out at the very end of the month), I will ask my colleague to make sure one is sent to you, but sadly due to our contract with your travel agent you won't be part of the automatic mailing list.

Can I be added to mailing list or do I have to phone you to be added. I always book with my local travel agent as I like to support the local shops in town where possible. Tricia

So after remembering that you have asked me before about brochures and me saying that we'll add you to the list, we did some further investigating. It appears that we are unable to mail to you without you requesting it at the moment as your last booking (at the time the data was pulled) was via a travel agent.

Our trading agreement with many of our travel agents is that we cannot send mailings to you unless you make a contact us directly to us as you are "technically" their customer and not ours.

yes still not read it all, I didn't open it for a while as thought it was one of them tacky clothes mags as could only see the back page, yes you were my trusty photographer in peru, thank you, tried to put the one in Macchu Picchu on but it kept going on sideways, grrrrrr and you know I can only use those taken on my phone

Could you put me on the mailing list for the Discovery magazine. I used to always get them but lately I haven't been getting the brochures or magazines unless I request them. Love to look through for ideas for next holiday. Thinking of Canada and Rockies next. Thanks Tricia

We've taken a look and can confirm that you were on the mailing list. We've also seen that you also requested a brochure at the start of the month so you should certainly have received one by now.

My colleague has requested another copy for you - fingers crossed it's third time lucky. We'll also get another copy of Discover out to you too.
