Gina rang me back on the next day as I had a query with the Flanders tour. You offer Ghent as an extra excursion, unsure if this was extra on the special Flanders tour, it seems not which is a shame as it is one place I have not been too. Oh well c'est la vie :)

I've spoken to Gina a couple of times (presume there's only the one lady called Gina) and she is great! Very knowledgeable, efficient and I had a laugh with her too!

Phoned today so that I could do the excursion for the The Swamp Tour in New Orleans in November, ask other relevant questions and update my travel to Flanders next May and go premium on Eurostar. I think her name was Tina and she was great. So much to talk about regarding previous holidays had us laughing. Employee of the month and it is only the first day :thumbup:
