I'm on the same trip and have upgraded and I have been assured I can check in online, so as long as you have the PNR number you'll be ok for that. I haven't flown long haul for about 7 years so i thought I'd treat myself!! Not long now.. I'm sure you are as excited as I am. Should be a lovely American adventure. See you at Heathrow.

Hi Missmomo,

The majority of the travellers will fly as part of our group allocation, there are times, where they will come out of the group allocation and have their own reference number which will allow them to check in online.

My colleague has informed me that as you have upgraded, you will have your own reference number that will allow you to check in online if you wish. I will drop you an email with your PNR number.

tickets arrived and I thought I would have a review on the community thread. I am now confused over check in at the airport. All the paperwork say that on line check in is not available and yet you have advised Julie that she can.....
