I have to say I too always keep an eye on the Feefo reviews. Whilst there are a lot of great reviews on this site - a lot are done by regular travellers true to JY. So before I booked my first holiday I read through the reviews on Feefo as this site came up when I was researching JY as a company and I was very impressed to find that there were only a few bad reviews, and most of those complaints seemed to me to be out of JY's control.

Thanks for this Bob. I didn't know about this website, and now have it saved. Some really interesting comments, and I took note of one about a GROUP booking and them not being happy because they were separated on the plane and sitting against singles!!! :huh:

Yes.... Feefo is an independant review site, so they have all of the reviews on their site here:

http://www.feefo.com/GB/en/reviews/Just-You_Just-You/?id=382020 

In the future, they will be providing us with a feed so that we will be able to show these on our own website.

It's great to hear from a customer that these reviews are being read - we are looking at integrating these onto the website in the future (as the feefo site isn't very customer friendly) so they should be more accessible to everyone who is interested.

As for the number of reviews - I believe there weren't any requests sent out this week. Anyone who has returned from their holiday in the last week will receive their invitation to share their thoughts next week.

I usually keep an eye on the Feefo reviews for JY and TS out of curiosity (although I do take some of them with a pinch of salt - some folks are never happy!), and there are usually new reviews every day but there have been none for either JY or TS this week and I was wondering was this a technical glitch or just that no one had been posting? I presume you are still only asking a small selection of customers to post a Feefo review as I've never been asked to date?!
