Hi Evelyn,

There are 30 travellers confirmed to travel on this date. The group is made up of 5 men and 25 women with ages from early-30s through to late-70s.

I hope you have a great trip.

Kindest regards,

Julia

Good afternoon, Evelyn

I replied to your separate, similar question under the heading "Canadian Rockies and Vancouver September 9" on 18 August in the "Say Hello" section. You might like to look at this and also follow my suggestion as to how to find all the reviews and comments that have been made previously about this holiday.

Ann

Hi littleva

On Day 2 you will have a welcome drink and dinner and then on Day 8 there is the farewell drink. There are no other evening excursions (included or optional) but you'll probably find that people will come together (either as a whole group or in smaller groups) and dine together each evening.

I understand that there is no need to dress up to the nines on this tour.

Perhaps one of our members who has been on this tour will share their experiences with you.

Kindest regards,

Julia

Hi Pam.

For all months of the year we recommend taking clothes that can be layered. This allows for any changes in weather conditions that you may experience.

In September you should enjoy mostly warm days and cool evenings so light-medium weight clothing would be suitable. You'll also be touring though some mountain landscapes so we would recommend a few warmer items too. And, although most of Canada can enjoy the warmer weather, make sure you pack at least one waterproof top in case it does rain.

Ayria took this trip earlier this year and wrote a great review here:

Clairevt travelled in September last year:

These will give you a rough idea of what to expect. In terms of shoes - I would suggest a pair of sturdy, comfortable shoes.

Hope all of this helps.

Kindest regards,

Julia

I am booked on the Canadian Rockies tour for 9th Sept. Just wondered what the weather is like there around that time in order to know what sort of clothes to pack. I have heard that I need some good walking shoes.

Many thanks Pam
