So, you'll have some free time in Garda to explore, then you'll continue on to Sirmione there is time to explore at leisure and this is where you'll be around lunch-time so perfect opportunity to find somewhere to sit and people watch over a bite to eat before you continue on to Salo where there is more time to explore and take the included boat trip.
