I received my documents as promised last night so many thanks for chasing them up.

Thanks also to JY Will for putting the Canadian Rocky Mountaineer tours back in the brouchure! He deserves to keep his current stars just for that alone but if he goes on to add my dream trip to Easter Island in the next couple of years, I'll vote that he gets double stars with jam on top :D

I have spoken to the ticketing team and the final documents for this trip have not yet been dispatched - they should be out today and with you by the end of the week. This should include information on the excursions you have booked but I have also taken a look and can confirm that the Rome by Night trip is listed against your booking.

I can also confirm that your insurance details have been received and added to your booking.

Sorry to be a pain but I'm on the 10th May Departure to Rome (next Saturday) but haven't received my final pack, luggage labels etc, yet (booking ref: A******). Could you check if they have been sent out for this trip yet? Just a bit worried about the post as we have another Bank Holiday coming up and I'm travelling from Jersey a couple of days early.

I also haven't received confirmation of the additional optional excursion 'Rome by Night' that I booked and paid for over the phone with Dawn on 31st March. She asked me to send in a copy of my travel insurance certificate, which I did a couple of weeks ago.

As always, any help you can give would be much appreciated
