I do apologise for the confusion on flights. Flight information on all of our holidays is available under the show/hide details in the booking engine and in the Just You Brochure on the relevant tour pages.

However, you have bought to our attention a discrepancy in terminology between our reservations system and booking engine and we are now looking at ways to rectify this and make flight information clearer to travellers.

In terms of tour manager – I can confirm that they will be travelling with you from Manchester.

Having booked this holiday as a direct flight from Manchester to Thailand in September, when the travel details arrived it seems you fly to Schipol and from there to Bangok. Surely this can't be shown as a direct flight? Also does the tour rep travel with you from Manchester or are you left to make your own way round Schipol.
