As this is a fairly new initiative so its being rolled out in stages, whilst we monitor the response levels I believe not everyone is getting an invitation to write a review.

Hi Julia, I've been reading with interest the reviews on Feefo by JY and Travelsphere customers. Are all customers being asked to submit reviews now, or only a random selection? Just asking as I wasn't sent an email asking for my feedback after my recent National Parks tour.
