It can take up to seven days to receive an acknowledgement and up to 28 days for a full response.
I have just called up and an email was received from you on Thursday and I have been told that it has been forwarded on to the relevant department. If you have not received an acknowledgement in a couple of days please let me know.

I sent an e-mail to Page and Moy's customer service last week. I have not had anything to say they have received the e-mail. Can you tell me how long it usually takes to respond?
