I have just been informed that it is an oversight in the brochure (and ultimately website) and that porterage is in fact included on this tour.

I noticed that on this holiday there is nothing regarding hotel porterage yet this seems to appear on most of the other USA tours. If it's not included in the price, how much should be allowed for this? I know that tipping is usual for the USA but not sure what the porterage would be. Can you tell me why it isn't included on this tour please?
