Do you know if JY has started sending text messages advising that "your holiday documents have been dispatched"? The reason I ask is today I received a text which said:

"Please Read: Good afternoon. Your holiday documents have been dispatched to you today. Wishing you an enjoyable holiday."

There is nothing in the text to identify the sender.... Advice please!

A friend of mine got a txt to say her esta form had been done or her form received something like that .. I did not.

I didn't know the answer to this - but after a few calls I can confirm that Just You has started to send SMS messages advising customers that their documents have been dispatched. This is a new initiative which is why you would not have received anything like this from us before - but I will speak to the team to see if there is a way we can at least let people know the message is from us.
