I've been informed by my colleague that we have recently changed our provider and unfortunately there has been some teething problems with the issuing of the lounge passes.
I can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, and I have been assured that you will receive a voucher before you depart. If you haven't received anything by the 7th May (10 days before departure), please let me know.

It says in the info I've received that I'm to meet my fellow travellers in the executive lounge. Can you tell me how I gain access to the lounge? I would have though I would need to show a special pass or something but I haven't received anything with my travel pack.
