I have emailed JY twice with this question but have had no response so maybe you can help.

In the last 2 years I have been on 3 great JY holidays (Australia, China and Peru) and my destination for next year is hopefully Japan although I note that JY no longer have Japan as a destination on their web site. Is it planned to reintroduce Japan in 2014 or do you know of any other tour companies who do single traveller Japan holidays.

I went to Japan 2 years ago with a company based in stockport Cheshire, i think it was magical japan. They dont specialise in single travel but it was all very tailor made so i got the trip i wanted. There was not a tour guide but a local rep met me at airport with all my travel tickets ,accomadation vouchers and exerciosn vouchers and made sure i was on right bus for hotel.

At the moment I couldn't tell you if we will be re-introducing this in 2014 - the product team are working on our 2014 programme at the moment and a selection of these tour will be in the June brochure. Our full 2014 brochure will not be available until September.

It is important for us to know where our customers want to travel so we are able to offer appropriate holidays and as such I will forward your message on to the relevant teams.
