Thanks for getting in touch, There is a small currency exchange service on the ship, but it may be better to take a small amount of currency for each port destination for any souvenirs, etc. The on board currency is US dollars,

Hi, I am going on the Cape Town to Genoa Cruise in April 2013. I have never been on a multiple country trip before. Can you give me any advice on the best way to manage money for the different countries please? Also what currency is the best to use on board ship?
