The lounges are sign posted or there are information booths so you will not get lost, you could Lways wait at check in with the JY reps till someone else from the tour go through and tag along with them to get to the departure lounge together, or as Ben says looks out for the JY tour labels...you will be fine I am sure,

Hi Valerie, don't worry there will be directions in your final mailing to the executive lounge; it's upstairs at the end of the concourse near World of Whiskey. You will have a wonderful holiday; I did this tour last year and it was my best holiday ever. Make sure you have spare batteries for your camera and lots of space on your memory card, especially for the game drives. Enjoy!

Thanks for getting in touch, I can confirm your Tour Manager is a wonderful lady called Patricia Ward, she will ensure you're looked after and have a super time. Patricia will be flying out with you from Heathrow, Patricia will be there 3 hours before check in. There will also be airport reps waiting to meet you, just look for the Just You clip boards and also fellow travellers will have Just You luggage labels so you can identify them,

Have booked this trip for 19th December. Has a tour manager been appointed yet? Also as I am flying from Heathrow an airport not travelled from very often, will there be a rep there to meet me at check in. Have no idea where the lounge is where apparently will meet other travellers, is this sign posted easy to find. Feeling rather nervous. Val.
