That's good news, thanks for the update. Yes I agree it seems to be just the Vienna and Prague ones which are getting the poor reviews.

Thanks for getting in touch, I can confirm we are in process of changing the hotels we use in Vienna & Prague for next year. Budapest appears to do well and continue to receive good feedback so I believe we're leaving that but changing the other two.

I've been looking at this holiday as I've never been to any of the three cities, but I'm concerned at some of the negative comments on here regarding the hotels from previous travellers. Is this something JY will be addressing in 2013?

I've been on a couple of JY trips (3rd one due very shortly!) and have so far been more than satisfied with the accommodation provided so was surprised to hear this about this particular holiday.
