I had issues with the website too. When I originally booked back I was flying BA from Heathrow and now I have been told I am flying cheap airlines from Gatwick. I'm not bothered about that but then I was told that my Tuscany holiday had been cancelled due to lack of take up and I would have to choose an alternative or cancel altogether. So I chose another Italy holiday (with pictures of Venice on the website) I later had a phonecall to say Venice was not part of my holiday . As i was not able to cancel the holiday without losing a lot of cash.......not much I could do about it. I'm sure that the holiday will still be fab though so I'm trying not to dwell on THAT disappointment. I'm hoping I wont get any more phonecalls!

I have been looking at the Lake Garda holiday and a direct flight from Manchester is shown on the first departure page but when you go further on it changes to a connecting flight via Gatwick at an extra cost. After a few experiences trying to get to Gatwick from the north it is a challenge I will not be repeating.

Any answers?
