no problem at all, the open jam session sounds superb, I have been to something similar here but I can guarantee the talent will be superior in the states!

Thanks thats great, I know where Buddy Guys Club is, and believe they have a "open Jam session" on Mondays so never sure who is going to turn up but can be good.

I'll also check out another couple of clubs just over the river (about 15mins walk or very short subway ride) to see who is playing.

Apologies for the delay in replying, I've been waiting on our Tour Manager based out in the states to provide a reply, he's currently busy running a tour so it's taken him a few days. He say's -

We eat in the hotel on the first night. Buddy Guy's blues club Legends is just a few blocks from the hotel.

Wonder if you could tell me where we go for the included first night meal in Chicago on the Route 66 holiday ?

Is it in the hotel or in a different restaurant ?

Reason I ask is I know the city quite well and am planning on going to a Blues Club afterwards. It makes sense to do one close to where we will eat.
