As you know I am having problems with the error message too. This appears to be a serious problem which is blocking out lots of users and potential JY customers on their home PCs. Come on JY sort the problem out once and for all. (Incidentally, I use Google at work and at home, but get blocked out at home and only on the JY site.)

I've had exactly the same problem when using Firefox web browser. If you use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome you should be able to access the forum with no problem.

I am at work at the moment and can log into the forum with no problems but if I try on my computer at home it comes up with "error 413 request entity too large". Could you just tell me if the problem is at your end or is it my computer? Thank you. :huh:

I had the Error 413 problem and contacted you. I just wanted to say thank you for passing it on to Rowan. He was very helpful in finding the solution and now I have no problem in logging in.... wonderful! :thumbup:
