Hello Ben, I have received my final travel pack but there is no mention of the door-to-door pickup service. I phoned customer services and was told I would be receiving details separately from the car firm, but I am worried as I have never had any confirmation that my booking has gone through to them - apart from my revised JY invoice. Probably worrying unnecessarily, but it's only two weeks time. My booking reference is A216343. Regards, Pat
