Your Tour Manager is still John Drylie yes, he was allocated and confirmed at the time Olly told you. John will be at he check in desk 3 hours before departure and at the gate around the time that it opens.

Some time ago Olly replied to me saying that John Drylie was our Tour Manager. Is this still the case please, as you seem to be allocating Tour Managers a lot nearer to departure date now.

When would the Tour Manager be at the departure gate to make sure that our group got through OK..
