Please don't apologise, it's no problem at all! Your Tour Manager still hasn't been finalised, everything here is still done with printed contracts which have to be posted, signed and returned and more often than not the Tour Manager is somewhere remote so it can take a little while to get through unfortunately!

I wondered if you have any news yet about who will be the Tour Manager for the America's National Parks and Canyons tour in September? I'm so looking forward to it and will feel like it's actually going to happen once we have a manager to make contact with.

I've booked my first JY holiday to America's National Parks & Canyons leaving on 11th September this year. I'd like to know if the tour manager has been appointed yet and, if possible, an idea of the number of other travellers booked to go.
