Hi dave /sue if it's ok can we get ollie past each others emails and phone numbers

Regards darren

I typed the last message in the wrong place but will only repeat the briefest part of the message. Just to say to Darren and Dave that if they live in or near Southampton they can come with me in the chauffeur driven car to save taking a big car and the parking fees and all that intails. Also it would be good to get to know you and have someone to go into the airport with. I assume its a four seater. Its kind of you Darren to offer to take me but unfortunately I have now paid for the car so probably its too late to cancel. Anyway let me know if you want to come with me either by email or phone through Ollie.

Thanks Sue Southampton

HI OLLIE, I have booked for Kenya departing on 6 June,it appears that two cases are required, one goes to Mombasa, the other we take on safari,is this correct or could one be an overnight bag?and do we get sufficient labels for two cases

Hi dave I darren and I am also going on this trip I live in Southampton and have booked airport parking and it's just me in my big car if you would like to get the coach to Southampton I can meet you and go in the car this is also open to you sue dave ask ollie for my email regards darren

Dear Darren

I have boked a chauffeur driven car from Southampton so as you live in Southampton and anyone who can get there can come up in luxury and not have to worry about parking etc. also it would be good to go in with someone else to the airport. I imagine it will take 2 other people other than me as I got the smaller car. It seems a waste of petrol to take a big car and then have the parking as well. I would have come with you but its already booked now so I cant cancel I assume now. How about the three of us having a chat either email supplied by Ollie or even phone.

Hi Dave

The key thing is that the second bag is soft-sided, as there isn't a lot of space in the safari vehicles. So a good-sized overnight bag would probably be OK if it is big enough to fit everything you need for the safari part of the holiday. Your suitcase or main luggage will be stored in Mombasa for the second part of your holiday.

We will send you plenty of labels and I expect your tour manager / airport rep will have a few spares.

Kind regards,

Olly, your editor

Hi Dave

I am going on the same trip so if you want to chat just ask Ollie to exchange email addresses. Its good to talk things through before hand and find out the ins and outs of travel ie where to meet up.
