I've just heard from our visa team. They can't find any record of your ESTA so it seems you didn't arrange this through us last time you went to the US. They also checked the official website and can't see an ESTA listed for you.

It's actually your previous booking reference that we need - and your passport number would be useful too, as long as you haven't changed it in the last couple of years.

Please could you help me with with query regarding my ESTA renewal.

I travelled with JY to the states in June 2011 and obtained an ESTA, I am now travelling to the states again with JY on 23rd April, but am unable to find my ESTA application number. When I input my details into the ESTA website It says it is unable to find my application.

As it is valid for two years, and I believe that the details are held electronically by the USA, will it be a problem if I cant find my application number before travelling?
