I have just received my documentation for this holiday and it states that it is required to take a soft holdall for safari luggage and luggage for the beach part of the holiday will be stored. Where will it be stored and would it be possible to put the safari luggage bag in with the main suitcase for the flight and take out before the safari as I do not want to have too many bags to carry. Also there will be things like toiletries that will be needed for both parts of the holiday.

Hello Maureen,

You will need a soft-sided holdall for the safari and another case for the second part of your holiday. You can check these in separately as long as the combined weight is no more than 20kg. Or you can pack your holdall into your case if you want, that is not a problem.

While on Safari your other case will be stored at the main hotel.

Each hotel will provide the basic toiletries, such as soap, but you will need to pack things like toothpaste for yourself.
