Yes - this is probably a good idea. Uzbekistan is a muslim country so attitudes to clothes are generally more conservative than in other parts of the world. You should definitely cover up if you are visiting any mosques.

Bear in mind what time of year you are visiting too. If you are going during the hotter months, make sure your clothes are lightweight, light-coloured to help keep you cool.
