It would depend what time your flight gets in. Ideally your flight would arrive before the main flight, then you could meet the group off the plane and join the coach with them.

If your flight gets in later, you might need to make your own way to the hotel to meet the group. If it's a city hotel not too far from the airport, this wouldn't be too expensive - but might be a problem if a longer transfer is required.

Is it possible to book ones own flight arrangements. I live in Sheffield and don't want the extra hassle and cost of having to get down to Gatwick when I can fly direct to some of your destinations from my local airport??
