I copied this from the airline's website:

"Economy Class passengers may carry on one small bag or other personal item weighing no more than 5 kg. Each piece of carry-on luggage shall not exceed the maximum dimensions of 55 cm (long) x 40 cm (wide) x 20 cm (high)."

Yes you are correct. I was looking at the wrong airline website. What an idiot .

I know that the hand baggage allowance is very low but can you tell me what the actual measurements are for carry on luggage. I am also going to Andalucia in February and I need to get a new bag for hand luggage so I will get one that complies with Air China regulations.

There's nothing to worry about - your flight is indeed at 20.25 on 12 September. I checked the airline's website too.

I think you may have searched for China Airlines rather than Air China. Your flight is with Air China.

I am booked on this holiday on Wednesday 12th September 2012. A long way away, I know.

I was idly browsing the China Airlines web site to see which Heathrow Terminal. Terminal 4, no problem with that. However going into the flight section of the web site it says that there are no flights on that day but there is one on Thursday 13th September. Can you confirm what day the holiday starts. It could of course mean that you have changed airlines and I don't know yet.
