We don't mail them all at the same time and quite a few will be going out in early October.

I would say if you haven't received anything by mid October, you should request a brochure through the website.

Can you confirm if all of next years brochures have been despatched. There are some comments that have been posted that suggest that people have received theirs some days ago. Where I live all our mail comes by air, so I would have thought that my copy would have arrived by now.
