My guess is that your log-in details weren't quite right or that the system was down temporarily, so if you try again soon it should work fine. I've asked our IT team to check this for you too.

I have booked the above holiday (ref *****) with Victoria Falls add on. Do you know when I will be able to make a contribution to this holiday via the website? I tried unsuccessfully last week and thought it might be considered a bit too early! Grateful for your help with this for budgeting purposes.
