Yes, the meal arrangements are as you said. In fact, on day 14 you get breakfast, lunch and dinner. I will find out meal arrangements for the add-on and get back to you.

I've forwarded your booking reference to our holiday advisors and asked them to send you the three-month information. I'm sorry this didn't get to you. Most of the information you want will be in here, but some details are only in the the final information, sent out around two weeks before you travel.

Kind regards,

Olly, your editor

Hi Olly,

I have still not received the three month information which is a shame as I'm sure I would have found it particularly interesting when trying to plan my excursions.

Mike

Hi Bob

I expect you will be fine using your cards - it's usually possible these days. The best thing to do is check with your bank / card issuer when you notify them of your travel plans.

It sounds like all payments must be in cash for these excursions but it's worth taking your credit card anyway.

Kind regards,

Olly, your editor

Many thanks for the info Olly, will we be able to use ATM machines in both South Africa and Zambia? I'll tell my bank before I go. Perhaps we will be able to pay for flights - helicopter or microlight with credit cards like we did for the Grand Canyon??

Hi Olly,

what is the itinerary for the Vic Falls add-on? Is a day trip/safari into Botswana still an option? Can we pay for some of the expensive optional excursions by credit card, like the plane ride over the Falls etc? Otherwise we'll need to keep on visiting ATMs or bring loads of dollars etc with us!

Hi Mike

I've just heard that the add-on is on a bed-and-breakfast basis.

Kind regards,

Olly, your editor

Hi Mike

I agree that it is useful information and very helpful when you are budgeting for your holiday.

This information is already in the brochures and we are looking to add it to the web pages in the not-too-distant future.

Hi Olly,

Many thanks for the confirmation regarding meal arrangements.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised and did not realize most meals were included. It certainly helps to know when trying to calculate the amount of spending money I will require.

I know there is already a lot of information given in the online itinery but I think it would be useful to mention which meals are included.

Mike

Hi Bob

I have asked my colleagues to re-send your information too.
