I like the fact that you keep track of your postings!!!!!! you will have to get a spread sheet going I think.. I am only joking of course...

You will be surprised when your on a JY tour how few people do in fact log in and use the boards, quite a few people nose around but do not comment..unlike Mick and myself..who always have SOMETHING to SAY!!!

Hi Laura,

One tip I have which may help, is when you post a message avoid typing it all in capitals. It does make it a little difficult to read and that may put some people off from reading all of your post.

I'm sure you'll have a good holiday irrespective of whether anyone on it uses the community forum.

I've done 4 JY holidays and each time I've posted numerous posts to contact others on the trip but never had many replies.

1st hol - 3 replies (18 people on hol)

2nd hol - 3 replies (45 people on hol)

3rd hol - 0 replies (35 people on hol)

4th hol - 1 reply (40 people on hol).

On all the good trips I've made good friends that i still keep in touch with, I think the community is good but not everyone uses it so dn't worry if you don't get many replies.

Hi Laura,

Don't be disheartened that you haven't had a response from your posts - although many of our customers use the community, not all of them do. Stick with it - you might find people try to get in touch a little closer to your departure date.

HI, I HAVE PUT A FEW POSTS ON THIS SITE AM WANTING TO MAKE FRIENDS BEFORE GOING ON THIS HOLIDAY IN OCT TO THE HEART OF ALPINE EUROPE. I NEVER GET ANY REPLIES BACK NOT SURE WHY BUT I HAVE NOTICED THERE ARE A HELL OF ALOT OF THREADS FOR PEOPLE TO GO THROUGH SO THEY MAY HAVE NOT SEEN MY POST WHAT CAN I DO?? OR DO YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO IS GOING ON THIS TRIP I KNOW THE IS A FEW PEOPLE GOING SO HOW CAN I GET INTOUCH WITH THEM??
