I did this trip in March of this year. As I recall the hotel in Zambia had some standard 3-Pin British style socket(s) in the room. I'm not sure about the hotel in Swaziland but I think that had a 3-Pin socket as well.

I have just bought myself a Travel Adapter for my forthcoming holiday to South Africa in September. However as we spend a night in Swaziland and I'm also doing an add on to Victoria Falls do I need additional adapters for those countries or will the adapter I already have work there to. Unfortunately there is nothing else on the packaging other than for use in South Africa.
