I have spoken to our insurance specialists for you and they are making sure your documents have been posted out. They inform me your booking reference is your policy number and this will also be detailed in the 15 week paperwork when it is sent out to you,

I have booked a holiday in May. I have taken insurance out with you, could you confirm if I should have recived an insurance document or not. I have tried phoning but each operator told me something different.

After emailing I was sent a travel insurance policy document which states I need a validation certificate. Do I need this?
