She has a terrific sense of humour and goes to great lengths to ensure that everyone has a great holiday. Ann is so knowledgeable and makes everyone relax and enjoy themselves. Seemingly she got a 99% satisfaction rating with JY/Travelsphere last year!!

I have those provisional details for the flight and hotel but I would recommend not filling in your ESTA until you receive your final information from us a couple of weeks before departure. It's possible that these details may change. As long as your ESTA is filled in 72 hours before departure, you will be fine.
