I would urge you to talk to your GP about any vaccinations, as they are the experts!

I think Uzbekistan would be a fascinating place to visit and I've never heard of anyone having any problems there.

Have conflicting info on whether vaccinations are advisable for Uzbekistan. FCO advice says low risk but guidebooks suggest it's a good idea. Any thoughts?
