There isn't really a definite answer to this question, as it depends on where the tour manager lives, whether they are joining your tour direct from another tour, and so on. If you have a particular tour in mind, I'll be happy to find out for you. If you can ask me a month or so before departure, I'll be more likely to have an answer.
