For St Pancras departures, your tour manager will usually be waiting near the check-in barriers for you. although of course they need to check in themselves no later than 30 minutes before departure. We advise that you get to check-in at least 45 minutes before departure, if not earlier.

Can you give me a brief idea of how the St Pancras part of the trip works. Do I need to be at the station early (like an airport)? Will the tour manager be at the station? I have been on your coach trips and understand how they work but can find nothing on the website about train trips.
