Many thanks for your responses.

Mark

Hello Mark, I did the Rocky Mountaineer with the Alaska cruise add on, May 2008. The guide we had for the first part of the holiday was a last minute replacement. So did not come on the cruise we came under Travelsphere umberella!. We booked the tours through the ships booking office, there are a lot to chooose from you will be given a brochure on the ship. In fact we did not meet the Travelsphere guide until we where on the little tour bus at Skagway . Despite being guideless we all had a really good cruise the ships staff look after everyone, lots to do and the excursions excellent. I know your guide will look after you. Hvae a good holiday.

Hi Mark

You'll be able to book excursions for the land-based part of your trip through the tour manager, and excursions for the cruise part through Holland America when you are onboard.

Full details of excursions and tickets will be in the final information you should receive around 7-10 days before departure.

Have great trip!

Kind regards

Olly, your editor

Hi,

I'm booked on the above add-on to the Canadian Rockies tour later this month. I'm a little confused about booking the excursions. Are they booked via the JY rep or do I need to book on line direct with Holland America please?

Also, on previous JY holidays, I've always had a flight ticket or an e-ticket, but don't appear to have one this time around. Is this normal for checking in now?

Many thanks

Mark.
