You should get your National Express voucher sooner than that. How it works is that you book a National Express journey with us, then, around 5-6 weeks before departure, we send you a voucher, which includes instructions on what to do next. You will then call the number, book the appropriate coaches and quote the voucher reference. National Express then send you your tickets.

Hello Olly - I am booked on the above holiday and have also booked the coach offer.From what i remember you send a code number to book the coach with national .When do i get this ? -is it with the flight times etc.2-3 weeks before the holiday ?
